3. The type and length of massage you would like

(i.e. 60/90 min. Swedish/Deep Tissue)

4. Your email address to fill out the required intake form

5. The name of the person who referred you, if applicable, so that I can thank them

I prefer text messages because it helps me to have all of a client's info written down in one place. 

Clients will also get quicker responses while I’m in between sessions.
